Adult Braces Journey – Lower Braces

With my upper teeth in a more appropriate alignment, it was time to fit the lower braces. So again, I was plonked into the chair, reclined back and told to relax.  Relax…uh-huh….you have wizzy dentist things in my mouth again…as if! The good thing is that I knew all about the pumice, conditioner, wash process.  It is over quite quickly again, it just seeeeeems like forever when you are sitting there. Who am I? I am a mature woman (age mature, not always attitude mature). I have 2 children who will soon start their own individual braces journeys that I will blog about here too. I am afraid of dentists. I have loads of fillings in my teeth.
