Well I finally got to have my braces taken off...it is a really strange experience. Â It takes longer to remove them than to put them on! Â But ohhhhhh boy the feeling!!!

My wonderful 24 hours of appliance free mouth was soon to be shattered with the collection of…’The Retainer”. Yes, it was a stunning purple glittery number, resplendent with teddy bear sticker embedded in it….but it seems to take up a very very large amount of space inside my mouth! My husband was home from work that day with man flu so I could test out my smile straight away. I stopped at the bakers to get some treats and walked in the door. “Hi” I beamed, “How are you feeling” (still beaming).
