The range of options is really amazing these days – I had adult braces last year (at age 53) and it was such an improvement over my days with teen braces. Now there are a lot of supporting resources, too. You can check out http://www.braces.org, the website of the American Association of Orthodontists, and http://www.ArchWired.com, a website just for adults in braces (though it has great info for parents, too).
